Are you living your life's work?Position Description:The Orthopaedic Manager Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the managing clinician to provide oversight of practice operations and strategic planning, student rotations, practice specific onboarding and retention initiatives of new APPs and career development of existing APPs across clinical best practices, education., leadership, and professional development.Hours: Fulltime, 1.0 FTE. 1st shift with on-call responsibilities for nights and weekends.Minimum Requirements:Physician Assistant:Must have current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of MedicineGraduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program.At least 5 years of relevant surgical orthopedic experience as a Physician Assistant is required.Nurse Practitioner:Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license (in Acute Care) and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania.Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty.RN First Assistant Certification required.Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse.At least 5 years of relevant orthopedic surgical experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required.We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
