This team enables smarter, faster decision-making through experimentation, data storytelling, and deep insights into product usage, pricing, and customer experience. You’ll help evolve Jobber’s product analytics function, support innovation in how we measure and understand product success, and guide a team that brings data to life across the product lifecycle.Customer Analytics (Post-Sales):The Customer Analytics team supports Jobber’s post-sale customer journey — from onboarding and support to account management, enablement, and retention. This team helps us understand what drives customer success, satisfaction, and long-term growth. You’ll lead a team of analysts uncovering insights across the customer lifecycle, guiding initiatives that improve onboarding efficiency, engagement, retention, and expansion.As part of the application, you’ll be asked which team you’re most interested in — Product Analytics or Customer Analytics. The team exists to drive business outcomes in all corners of Jobber’s ecosystem, empowering teams with the insights they need to make confident, data-informed decisions.The Role:As a Manager, Analytics, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for driving insights and analytical impact that inform strategy, shape decision-making, and accelerate growth. You’ll combine people leadership, analytical depth, and strategic partnership to deliver measurable business outcomes.This is both a people leadership and hands-on analytical role, ideal for someone who can guide a team of curious, high-performing analysts while also shaping strategy through data-driven insight.Team-Specific Focus AreasIf you join Product Analytics, you will:Lead the team that partners with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to advance Jobber’s subscription product strategy and user experience. You will:Guide analytical initiatives that improve product functionality, pricing, adoption, and engagement across desktop and mobile. Support experimentation, measurement, and success evaluation of new features and product experiences. Deliver insights that shape go-to-market and monetization strategies. Lead initiatives that improve how we measure and experiment across the product lifecycle, advancing Jobber’s understanding of user behaviour and product performance. Champion impact-based opportunity assessment, ensuring every product decision is grounded in measurable value. If you join Customer Analytics, you will:Lead the team that partners with Customer Onboarding, Support, Account Management, Enablement, and Lifecycle Marketing to optimize customer success, satisfaction, and long-term value. You will:Lead deep-dive analyses on onboarding performance, customer engagement, support efficiency, retention patterns, and account growth. Develop frameworks, models, and dashboards that connect insights across the customer lifecycle, enabling proactive management of customer health. Apply advanced modelling and forecasting techniques to identify leading indicators of retention, expansion, and customer success. Act as a trusted thought partner to post-sales and GTM leaders, influencing operational priorities and customer strategy through data-driven storytelling. Champion data-informed experimentation, impact evaluation, and performance measurement across post-sales programs and initiatives. Core Responsibilities (Common To All Managers, Analytics)Lead and Develop a High-Performing TeamLead, coach, and empower a team of analysts who deliver strategic insights and drive measurable business impact. Prioritize, scope, and allocate analytics work based on business impact and stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with company priorities. Create a collaborative and high-accountability environment that values curiosity, excellence, and continuous improvement. Develop talent through mentorship and feedback, fostering both technical depth and strategic acumen. Model analytical leadership by helping the team translate data into clear actions that shape Jobber’s customer experience and growth trajectory. Shape Decision-Making Through Analytics LeadershipAct as a strategic thought partner and internal consultant to GTM, product, and other cross-functional leaders, providing analytical perspectives that inform business strategy, operational priorities, and investment decisions. Anticipate business needs and proactively identify analytical opportunities that unlock growth, efficiency, or improved customer experiences. Frame complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches, leading problem-solving and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations. Leverage advanced analytics to elevate Jobber’s analytical capabilities, from robust data models and dashboards to predictive modelling and experimentation. Collaborate with BI and Data Science on initiatives such as automated testing, ML/AI product features, and advanced behavioural analytics. Champion analytical best practices, including scenario modelling, impact evaluation, and forecasting, as core elements of how Jobber makes decisions. Champion Data Quality, Storytelling, and EnablementPromote strong analytical foundations through consistent metric design, data quality standards, and unified measurement frameworks. Build compelling, executive-ready narratives that connect insight to action and drive alignment around key opportunities. Enable scalable self-serve analytics that empower teams to make confident, data-informed decisions. Encourage curiosity and innovation by exploring new data sources, analytical techniques, and storytelling approaches that elevate business understanding. What You Bring to the Role (Common to All Managers, Analytics)To be successful, you should have:Proven experience leading analytics teams, with a track record of developing and empowering high-performing analysts. Deep expertise in Product Analytics or Customer Success/Post-Sales Analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic business recommendations. Expert-level SQL skills and fluency in complex relational data structures; Python experience is an asset. Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), creating clear, compelling, and actionable insights. Strong business acumen and analytical depth — able to connect insights to strategy, assess opportunities, and influence key decisions. Demonstrated skill in analytical techniques such as performance measurement, impact evaluation, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics. Excellent communication and storytelling ability — distilling complex analyses into clear, persuasive narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike. A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving open-ended problems, and driving results independently. Solid understanding of SaaS business models and the metrics that drive product performance, customer health, and growth. Compensation:At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900, and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop.
