Manager-Assets Strategy (AVP Grade)

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:Support creation and periodically modification of bank's medium to long-term strategy ensuring seamless translation of strategic objectives into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes across all business verticals.To identify, plan, and support execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable assets growth, profitability, risk alignment, productivity across channels etc. in alignment with organizational vision and regulatory requirements.Coherent asset deployment plans, ability to achieve target yields and manage asset concentration effectively.Ensure envisioned outcomes of the identified initiatives are achieved within desired timelines.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiativesEducational / Qualifications:MBA / CA / CFAExperience: Minimum: 8-12 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or strategic consulting.
