We do our best work for brave brands and people who relish being challenged to go further and faster, together.Role Summary And ImpactThe Audience Planning at WPP Media will play a pivotal role in the Data & Tech team, focusing on audience insights, data strategies, and platform implementation. This position involves collaborating with various brands to generate audience insights, create audience frameworks, and inform data types for campaign activation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, providing strategic recommendations and fostering strong relationships to manage day-to-day efforts effectively.What You’ll BringShow thought leadership in creating audience recommendations across the client's brands.Generate audience insights from various data platforms and communicate recommendations effectively.Develop audience insights for different scenarios including retention, acquisition, and growth areas.Utilize tools for audience insights, market sizing, and segmentation.Align audience profiles with investment strategies in collaboration with planning and activation teams.Recommend data types for audience activation based on client goals.Consult on first-party data strategies with clients.Support the measurement team in creating test & learn agendas for campaigns.Implement tests to future-proof clients in the evolving media landscape.Provide client optimizations based on audience data and analytics.Understand marketing and advertising technology and communicate data flow across platforms.Stay updated on the changing identity landscape to assist clients with data and technology discussions.Identify relevant data solutions and technology partners for audience insights.Recommend solutions for data and measurement gaps to the team.Foster client trust through transparency and effective expectation management.Bridge internal teams with strong interpersonal skills.Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in audience/data strategy, analytics, or insightsStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with teams and manage multiple projects effectivelyBasic knowledge of digital data types and marketing technologiesStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsOrganizational skills with a strategic mindsetProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointNice-to-havesExperience with activation and insights platforms such as Meta, DSPs, GA4Experience interpreting large data sets to tell client stories.Life at WPP MediaOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
