Manager, Brand Marketing

This role is about setting direction, not just execution. You’ll lead brand strategy, run integrated campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to make sure our brand message is clear and consistent everywhere.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead overall brand strategy and positioning for NextjobPlan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and offline channelsOversee digital marketing activities including social media, content, and paid campaignsEnsure brand consistency across all communication, visuals, and messagingLead brand content planning and storytelling aligned with business goalsCoordinate with product, sales, CX, and leadership teams for unified campaignsGuide and mentor the marketing team, set priorities, and review performanceTrack campaign performance and translate insights into better brand decisionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA in Marketing or an MBA with a Marketing concentration is preferred but not mandatory.5+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing rolesStrong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign planningExperience working with cross-functional teamsClear communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to think strategically and execute practicallyExperience in tech, startup, or platform-based businesses is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to shape and grow a national career-tech brandHigh ownership and decision-making responsibilityCollaborative work environment with leadership exposureCompetitive compensation based on experience, as per AKIJ Resource policy.
