JOIN US FOR THE FUTUREWe are currently seeking:Manager Business ControlResponsibilities:In charge of planning, coordination, and monitoring the budgeting process for the BW LPG fleet, including both in-house and third-party managed vessels.Coordinate reporting activities, including assisting in the compilation of a monthly report for the Chief Technical Officer.Work with internal systems and manage the Technical Chart of Accounts and SFI codes to ensure consistent and correct usage across the fleet.Participate in dry docking projects, supporting budgeting and cost follow-up activities.Act as a key business coordinator for Oracle BI at BW LPG.Contribute to the ongoing development of common ERP systems within the company, such as the vessel BI reporting portal and Hyperion Planning.Provide consistent day-to-day support to the fleet.Contribute to BW LPG’s performance targets and KPIs.Collaborate closely with the Finance team in Singapore to harmonize routines, support the development of common systems, and in charge of providing relevant input from the fleet.Qualifications:Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics/ Finance or related subject.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in controlling and financial reporting, with knowledge of ship management in the maritime industry.Experience in monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Knowledge/ experience of Oracle BI, experience of Hyperion would be an advantage.Fluency in English.Applicants must qualify for permanent residence permit for work purposes in Norway.Personal qualifications:Business Acumen.Analytical (ability to analyse large amount of data in a systematic manner).Deliver results in a timely manner with high quality.Ability to view the overall picture as well as understanding the detail.Good communications skills both written and oral.Good interpersonal skills with good cultural awareness.Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.We offer:Competitive terms.International and highly competent working environment.A challenging position and good opportunities for individual development.Attractive pension scheme.Flexible/hybrid working arrangements.Location: The position will be based in our office in Oslo, Norway.
