VANS is looking for an exceptional Manager Business Operations (VANS EMEA) to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.Let’s Talk About The RoleIn this role as Manager Business Operations, you will lead the development of the GTN forecasting process, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving the implementation of recovery actions.You will drive the GTN forecast at country and account level and consolidate the EMEA overview to present results to the Brand leadership team. You will define the GTN monthly and yearly targets and approve markdowns, cancellations, and return requests accordingly.You will be the point of reference for the Finance team in building the financial forecast and plan, providing the necessary insights.You will suggest and coordinate recovery actions and conduct the necessary analyses to support decision-making.You will plan and execute the Brand’s liquidation strategy, maximizing sales and margin according to commercial priorities.How You Will Make a DifferenceYou will achieve this by:GTN Forecasting: You will lead monthly calls with the Sales team to prepare the GTN forecast, identifying risks and opportunities versus financial expectations. You will approve markdowns, cancellations, and returns based on budget availability and Brand priorities. GTN Planning: You will develop the yearly and long-range plan, defining targets by country and account and monitoring progress. You will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Bonus definition and calculation in alignment with the VF framework. Business Analysis: You will conduct ad-hoc analyses and business cases to support the Brand’s decision-making and optimize GTN across channels, in close collaboration with the Sales Director. Recovery Actions: You will be responsible for proposing recovery actions and coordinating their implementation with the Sales team to achieve targets. Liquidation Strategy: You will optimize the liquidation of leftover stock by analyzing available inventory and prioritizing deals based on sales and margin targets, aligned with the overall Brand strategy.
