We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll be a core member of Bain’s Global Recruiting team, working closely with our APAC and global recruiting leaders, school teams, client-facing Partners, and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll also build relationships with university Career Management Centers and alumni communities to drive strong recruiting outcomes at our target campuses. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM This is a leadership role on the global recruiting team with a focus on driving Bain’s campus recruiting efforts for the Consultant role in the APAC region—most notably, at INSEAD. You’ll lead recruiting programs, manage relationships with high-impact stakeholders, and shape the long-term strategy of our campus recruiting initiatives globally. WHAT YOU’LL DOLead global campus recruiting programs, with a focus on key APAC schools (e.g., INSEAD), across Consultant, Summer Associate, and other graduate-level rolesExecute effective candidate attraction strategies, in partnership with internal teams and alumni networksRepresent Bain on campus—develop relationships with top candidates and ensure offices engage with well-informed, Bain-ready recruitsDrive diversity and inclusion outcomes by aligning programming with global D&I goalsBuild trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including school teams, senior leaders, APAC office leaders, and Global Campus Recruiting leadershipUse data and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and continuously improve our approachManage school team budgets and oversee department recruiting expensesProvide strategic leadership across global and regional campus recruiting projects, including team-wide innovation effortsAct as a mentor to junior team members and a thought partner within the broader global recruiting teamCollaborate cross-functionally to elevate recruiting operations, candidate experience, and Bain’s employer brand on campus ABOUT YOUBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 5 years in recruiting or 2+ years of prior consulting experience; 8–10 years of total experience preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects, collaborate across geographies, and influence senior leadersAdept at prioritizing in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsAbility to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team
