What The Role IsYou are part of a team responsible for the career planning, development and management of specialised naval and military expert positions.What You Will Be Working On Participate in posting discussions and make recommendations to fulfil manning requirements and individual's route of advancement (ROA) and aspirations Schedule ROA courses to support career progression vocational courses for Military Experts Project manpower requirements and ensure healthy staffing at the unit level Conduct career counselling for service personnel Determine vocational streaming requirements for new entrants Handle Early Release (ER) applications, revocations, re-enlistments, and discharges Manage all training contract mattersChallenge(s) Balancing multiple stakeholders' demands Engaging servicepersons and maximising individual potentialWhat We Are Looking For Prior experience in HR is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good interpersonal and communication skillsAppointment will be commensurate with your experience.(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
