Position: Manager ChemicalDivision: Established Pharmaceutical Division - Operation Location: Karachi -Korangi Plant Job SummaryProvide support to Quality Control Manager, Validation team, Stability Section, Packaging Materials and Finish Goods for all activities taking place in QC and technical problem resolution.Major ResponsibilitiesAssist Quality Control Manager to make sure the QC activities do not result in delay or non-availability of product/material, delay in introduction of new products, delay in implementation of CIPTo ensure that all Physical, Chemical, and instrumental testing are being performed as per authorized procedures for Finished Goods, Stability, Packaging and Raw materials and in process productsReview of daily planning of QC Lab and support for EHS activitiesDisposition of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials within agreed upon lead time and review of analytical data before final dispositionSupport Quality Control Manager / QC Staff for technical problem resolution in QC LabTo ensure timely completion of Non-Volume Related Activities (Test Method Validation, Cleaning validation, CSV, Training Schedule, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule and adherence, LIR preparation, ER/CR raises and activities)Plan and implement certification and reorientation schedule for all analysts and maintain the recordTo ensure that one lot of raw materials which are included in list of skip testing must be tested (full specification) at least once a year or as required by procedureEducation/Knowledge & ExperienceScience Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity Proficient in MS OfficeTeamwork and problem-solving skills
