You’ll collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to translate client goals into impactful hiring outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Client OnboardingIdentify and research companies in the technology and startup ecosystem that are scaling teams.Build structured databases of target organizations and key decision-makers (Founders, TA Leaders, CXOs).Reach out and pitch Talentoj’s Talent Scouting and Strategic Hiring Solutions.Convert leads into clients through consultative discussions and onboarding engagement.Ensure a smooth client transition from onboarding to active delivery phase.2. Client Success & GrowthManage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve potential risks or escalations.Partner with clients to align on hiring goals, priorities, and key performance metrics.Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and hiring patterns.3.
