With Shory, a new time has begun.Client Relationship Management- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives, and industry-specific risks.- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend tailored insurance strategies.- Maintain regular communication cadence covering renewals, industry trends, and regulatory updates.- Respond to policy queries, claims, and client concerns promptly and professionally.- Educate clients on policy structures, terms, and conditions.- Partner with risk professionals to deliver thorough risk assessments and mitigation plans.- Build loyalty and retention through proactive support and ongoing value deliverInsurance Solutions Delivery- Develop bespoke general insurance solutions including property, liability, D&O, cyber, and other commercial lines.- Recommend alternative risk structures such as captives or self-insurance where appropriate.- Ensure all insurance solutions are aligned with client business objectives, regulatory frameworks, and evolving market conditions.- Proactively monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and adapt programs accordinglyStakeholder Management- Build and sustain relationships with executive-level stakeholders across client organizations, ensuring alignment between insurance strategies and overall business priorities.- Maintain transparency and regular updates with client legal, procurement, and operations teams.- Partner with placement, claims, and specialty teams to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure commitments are consistently met.Reporting and Advisory:- Develop and deliver strategic reports and dashboards capturing coverage performance, claims history, emerging risks, and market benchmarks.- Present findings and recommendations in an actionable format to inform client decisions.- Partner with clients during stewardship meetings to review results, measure value delivered and set future priorities.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.- Preferred Experience:- 6–8 years of experience managing complex client portfolios in general insurance, preferably within top-tier firms in insurance brokers.Job-Specific Skills:- Advanced knowledge of general insurance products- Strong relationship management and communication skills- Stakeholder engagement and client servicing- Analytical and presentation skills- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Arabic language skills are an asset
