This is with the aim to help early-stage disruptive technologies be investment-ready and scale up, to benefit our planet and people.Responsibilities Reporting to Head, Climate & Liveability, the Manager (Programmes) has the following responsibilities:To build and maintain effective relationships and alliances with global and local partners/organisations to forge synergistic and effective collaborations for TF.Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including partnership platforms and competitions, or establish a steady pipeline of viable projects that are aligned with the objectives, priorities and policies of TF.Conduct project evaluation, including environmental scan and due diligence on partners, technologies and financial matters.Monitor approved programmes and projects of TF. This includes monitoring of programme and project status to ensure the desired outcome has been met, producing timely reports to Management and Board of TF, managing the disbursements of programme grants to ensure compliance in the areas of governance, standards and practices.Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Head to ensure that the objectives of TF are met.RequirementsGood degree in Science/EngineeringAt least two years of relevant experience preferably in the climate sectorPositive attitude, energetic, driven and resourcefulExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKeen understanding and passion for sustainability issues is essential
