As a Manager, Clinical Risk Management at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the safety and integrity of clinical trials. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies through proactive risk assessment and mitigation efforts that aid clinical research objectives.What You Will Be DoingLeading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and refine risk management plans, integrating best practices into clinical trial designs.Monitoring and analyzing risk metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements to clinical operations.Providing training to staff on risk management principles, fostering a culture of awareness and proactive risk handling.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk management initiatives.Your ProfileAdvanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline.Extensive experience in clinical risk management or related roles, with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a collaborative environment.Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools, with a focus on strategic risk identification and mitigation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and promote a culture of risk awareness.What ICON Can Offer YouOur success depends on the quality of our people.
