This role is responsible for building brand desirability through press relations, influencer and celebrity collaborations, and media partnerships. Working closely with the full Digital & Communications team, maisons, brand teams, and agency partners, the Manager ensures each activation delivers measurable results while elevating brand reputation and driving innovation for legacy brands.Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC OfficeJob ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningContribute to annual brand planning process with a focus on communications/public relations. Develop and recommend innovative & disruptive plans across press, talent (influencers & celebrities), and media partnerships. Partner with Manager, Digital on integrated amplification strategies & storytelling opportunities across owned, earned & paid channels. Ensure campaigns align with maison values and drive consistent, distinctive brand presence in market, while pushing the boundaries of traditional luxury. Public Relations & Campaign ManagementLead day-to-day execution of campaigns across earned channels. Partner with Manager, Digital on content strategy & production of assets for PR channels. Deliver post-campaign analysis, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Influencer & Talent RelationsMap, cultivate, and manage influencer and celebrity ecosystems. Negotiate and manage relationships with agents, managers, and publicists, either directly or in partnership with PR agencies. Oversee all activations to ensure they reflect brand image, values, and KPIs. Media Relations & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with editors, tastemakers, and media outlets. Adapt maison press materials for U.S. market needs and develop local assets when required. Collaborate with PR, digital, and media agencies to secure coverage and drive national and regional visibility. Identify and execute editorially led media partnerships that amplify brand positioning. Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with internal teams (Brand, Digital & Communications, Corporate Communications, Legal, Finance, Commercial, etc.) to deliver aligned activations. Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and ensure accountability to brand goals. Build consistent & collaborative relationships/partnership with key global stakeholders (maison/HQ). Reputation & Crisis SupportSupport the Digital and Brand teams with issues management and crisis communications plans. Ensure all activities comply with LVMH Code of Conduct, data privacy, and regulatory standards. ProfileEducation:Bachelor’s Degrees in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience. Professional Experience & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in communications and PR roles, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, CPG, or wines & spirits.Skills & Expertise:Strong track record in managing press and influencer programs. Paid media, digital, and/or social media experience is a plus. Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to build and sustain relationships with media, influencers, and talent. Proven success influencing and gaining buy-in across internal teams and global matrix organizations. Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and optimization. Strong project management and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments. Crisis communications experience and budget management skills. Knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
