The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) is seeking two (2) dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Compliance Division as a Managers, Compliance.This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to a safe and responsible liquor and gambling industry focusing on minimising harm, building community confidence, and promoting industry development.Two Manager Compliance positions are available. One position is responsible for managing OLGR's Maroochydore, Hervey Bay and Toowoomba offices, and the position could be located in any of those offices. The other position will be responsible for managing OLGR's Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton offices, and the position could be located in any of those offices.The roles focus on leading compliance teams in ensuring compliance with liquor and gambling legislation by engaging with stakeholders, conducting investigations, and supporting harm minimisation strategies.As Manager, Compliance, you will lead teams responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs across Queensland. You will provide strategic advice, identify trends, and develop innovative enforcement strategies to ensure sustainable compliance.Your Key Responsibilities Include Leading and managing compliance programs to uphold integrity in the liquor and gaming industries. Engaging with high-level stakeholders, including regulators and industry representatives, to foster effective partnerships. Preparing high-quality submissions, reports, and correspondence on strategic and operational matters. Contributing to the strategic direction of the Compliance Division through risk management and business planning.
