The Zaxby’s Support Center is looking for a Restaurant Construction Manager to join the Design & Construction team. The Zaxby’s Construction Manager will build and execute the franchisee construction program, as well as deliver on all strategic initiatives supporting company growth. This position will need a self-starter with the ability to flex into corporate led development as well as remodels. Innovation around these programs, processes, and initiatives is critical for success in this role. Key components to this position include the ability to multi-task, implement efficient building practices, oversee project timing and contractor quality of work, and coordinate communications between GC’s, architects, designers, engineers, and leadership. Leadership is required in all phases of development for franchisee growth, including building plan review, construction site visits, and communication with architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
