What The Role IsYou are responsible for the contract management of training-related contracts.What You Will Be Working On Review contracting approaches, pricing mechanisms and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) prior to renewal Conduct review of the services provided by the contractors and seek user inputs in the performance of the contractors Monitor and verify all KPIs to ensure timely payment to the contractors Perform assessment for all the contracts under your purview on an annual basisChallenge(s) Balancing stakeholders' interests and principles of procurement Balancing desired training outcomes and cost by establishing reasonable KPIs to ensure balanced outcome for both contractors and the authorityWhat We Are Looking For Prior experience in contracts management/handling of government tenders is preferred Good communication and writing skills Team player Self-motivated Independent Willing to learn(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
