Job Title: Manager, Corporate Communications Job Location: 19 E. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, PA 17033 Pay Level: 2B  (Manager level, Individual Contributor)This position will be posted internally until 11:59pm EST on 9/18/2025.Role OverviewA strategic communications professional responsible for developing data-driven content strategies and leading thought leadership initiatives that support a compelling, differentiated company narrative. This role emphasizes developing content strategies by applying audience insights to enhance internal and external thought leadership initiatives across a variety of channels including presentations, videos, social media, and other digital platforms. The manager will contribute to editorial strategy, lead communications planning, execution and measurement as part of a collaborative team, with primary focus on external audience-driven, results-focused business narratives aligned with commercial priorities.
