Our client, a fast-growing Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) based in Luxembourg, is seeking a Manager Corporate Fund Administration to strengthen their local operations team. This position offers the opportunity to play an active role in the ongoing development and digital evolution of their fund administration platform.This is an excellent chance to join a supportive, international, and forward-thinking organisation.Your responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day administration of Luxembourg fund and holding structures, collaborating closely with third-party service providers.Assist with the launch and structuring of new investment vehicles, including incorporation tasks and banking arrangements.Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including preparing meeting materials, drafting minutes, and ensuring timely execution of resolutions.Facilitate investor onboarding and maintain up-to-date investor records.Liaise with external administrators on AML, KYC, and investor documentation.Monitor and process fund activity (capital calls, distributions, transfers) in line with deadlines and internal controls.Review and approve vendor invoices, initiate payments, and handle related queries through a digital workflow system.Draft and review corporate and legal documents; coordinate notarisation, legalisation, and related formalities.Maintain statutory documentation and ensure regulatory filings are completed with accuracy and timeliness.Contribute to cross-departmental projects supporting the company’s operational excellence and growth strategyYour profile:Minimum 4 years of experience in fund administration, AIFM operations, or a private equity environment in Luxembourg.Degree in business, law, finance, or a professional qualification in corporate or fund administration (e.g. ICSA, STEP, or equivalent).Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages considered an asset.Sound understanding of alternative investment structures, particularly private equity and real assets.Familiarity with digitalisation projects or fund administration systems is a plus.Track record of improving workflows and introducing process efficiencies.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.Annual gross salary: €80,000 – €90,000, depending on experience.If this opportunity feels right for you, we’d love to hear from you.Kindly note that a valid Luxembourg work permit is required for consideration.
