            Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Ltd. is looking for Manager-Corporate SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and implement strategies to drive institutional sales growth and identify new business opportunities in the institutions. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, forecast sales trends, and create actionable plans for achieving revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement officers, hospital administrators, and government representatives. Participate and prepare the entire tendering process, from bid preparation to submission, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage pricing strategies for institutional clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.Lead, train, and motivate the corporate sales team to meet individual and team targets.Set and monitor sales targets for team members and ensure performance tracking.Negotiate and close high-value deals, contracts, and long-term agreements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps.Manage the sales pipeline and CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.Ensure excellent client onboarding and post-sale support to drive satisfaction.Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns for corporate clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and market developments.Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and legal requirements in all sales activities.Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Develop pricing strategies and discount structures aligned with profitability goals.Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to improve strategies.Handle escalated client issues or disputes with professionalism and tact.Foster long-term client loyalty through relationship-building and consistent value delivery.Any other work as and when assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)BBA/MBA from a reputed university, preferably with a specialization in Sales/Marketing/Management, backed by commendable academic background.Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Corporate Sales (B2B Business)Experience Requirements6 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)Additional RequirementsSincere, honest, & accountable to the job is first priority.Able to correspond via e-mail.Able to work in a team.Prompt Decision Making.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
