About JuspayJuspay powers India’s largest digital payment ecosystem, enabling billions of digital transactions each year. We are now scaling our Cross-Border Payments charter to help global enterprise merchants — from luxury goods, apparel, cosmetics to digital services, OTT/streaming platforms, and SaaS brands — collect locally in India.This is a strategic and growth-focused role, blending partnership development, outbound sales, and product collaboration to drive adoption of Juspay’s cross-border stack.Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Development & StrategyIdentify, pitch, and onboard strategic global merchants for cross-border enablementNegotiate commercial agreements including pricing, settlement terms, and revenue shares2. Outbound Growth & SalesIdentify and engage enterprise prospects globally via outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, industry events).Run experiments across outreach strategies to drive pipeline and refine GTM approach.Leverage CRM and sales automation tools (Apollo, Smartlead, Galaxy, etc.) to execute and scale prospecting.3. Market Intelligence >MStay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive moves in cross-border payments.Partner with Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and launch campaigns for new flows.Act as the “voice of the customer” for product development and standout feature creation.4. Stakeholder & Execution LeadershipWork closely with Product & Payments teams to drive seamless onboarding, integration, and compliance for new merchants.Collaborate with the global sales team to work on inbound leads, driving closure and onboarding of new merchants.Track, measure, and optimize pipeline performance and merchant adoption.Candidate ProfileMust Have:7-10 years of experience in cross-border payments, fintech sales, or enterprise partnerships preferably from Fintech domain Proven success in merchant acquisition, outbound sales, and cross-border enablement.Understanding of FX settlement, payment gateway integration, and RBI/FEMA compliance would be preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
