Are you ready to contribute to strategic execution in a growing green-tech company, where your ideas can make a real impact on our customers across Sweden?Here Is What The Job EntailsAs the Manager of Customer Services in Heat/Cooling & Water Sweden, you will be leading and developing the local service teams to achieve, set goals, and ensure alignment with the overall strategy, while ensuring that the team has the right competencies related to Kamstrup’s products, services, and solutions.More specifically, you will be:Ensuring a customer project experience where the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Ensuring customer support is delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs (service level agreements) and customer expectations.Accountable for creating and managing the budget for the Customer Services function.Collaborating cross-functionally with the local sales organization to drive synergies and efficiency.Strengthening and developing collaboration between Business Units to optimize resource and competence utilization.You will experience having a strategic impact as you take an active role in both the local leadership team and the Customer Service Leadership teams.You can expect to travel approximately 15-25 days per year.Meet your future teamWith direct reference to our Senior Directors of Customer Service Water, you will lead a newly established team that brings together 12 highly dedicated colleagues from Customer Projects, Customer Support, and Technical Consultancy, working across 3 locations in Sweden. You will need to lead the integration of customer insights, implement scalable solutions using AI technologies, and collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.In order to succeed, we imagine that you:Have solid experience with leadership and managerial responsibility.Possess excellent communication skills and great stakeholder management abilities.Can engage people, drive results, and lead change across cultures in a matrix organization.Have solid experience in service, preferably from the technology or manufacturing industry.Have thorough experience in project management, service delivery, and customer support.As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
