A Large Knit Composite Factory. is looking for Manager-Cutting (Knit Garments)Job Description / ResponsibilityOversee the entire fabric cutting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Develop and implement cutting schedules to meet production targets.Monitor all the cutting and preparation phases necessary to produce garments in the allotted time .Monitor cutting production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.Ensure all cutting machinery is properly maintained and serviced Conduct regular inspections to ensure cuts meet design specifications.Supervise and train cutting staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.Monthly team-wise production and efficiency report.Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.Meeting with the production manager and discussion about cut plan.Cutting quality and fusing quality control.To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut. Any other task assigned by the Management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.Skills Required: Cutting Production, Cutting planning, Garments Cutting, cutting machine, Cutting qualityExperience Requirements7 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsMinimum 7 years experience working in a garment factory in cutting section cut plan, lay plan and about fabric.Capable of manpower planning, team supervision, and coordination with production and merchandising teams.Able to monitor fabric reconciliation, minimize wastage, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Job LocationGazipur
