JOB SUMMARYSupport the shipboard implementation of the Otalio system, ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end rollout activities for each vessel. This role is accountable for coordinating ship-level deployment activities, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and onboard staff to ensure smooth adoption of the new SPMS solution. The Delivery Manager will align rollout execution with the broader SPMS strategy, providing hands-on leadership throughout planning, delivery, testing, training, and stabilization phases. The Delivery Manager will support a team of resources to ensure the successful delivery of the solution, having SME knowledge of the product and ability to trouble-shoot and manage product-level challenges throughout the delivery and ongoing support of the solution.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end Otalio implementation efforts for shipboard systems, from planning through deployment and stabilizationCoordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration, configuration, and deployment requirements are executed successfully for each ship.Collaborate with onboard and shoreside stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs and workflows.Define, manage, and execute the ship-specific delivery plan including timelines, resource coordination, risks, and dependencies.Support a team of functional product SMEs to problem-solve and provide on-the-spot mitigation and resolution options throughout delivery of each vessel.Serve as the primary point of contact for ship-level Otalio delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and direction provided by program leadership.Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned during ship deployments and incorporating feedback into subsequent rollouts.Collaborate with solution architecture lead to capture recurring problem areas, opportunities for enhancement and risk mitigation opportunities. Support prioritization efforts and impact assessment to drive incorporation to product roadmap.Oversee ship-level testing and validation of Otalio functionality, integrations, and configurations to ensure readiness for deployment.Support onboard training efforts in coordination with business stakeholders to ensure crew members are prepared for system adoption.Identify and escalate risks, issues, or gaps that may impact ship deployment timelines or deliverables, ensuring timely resolution.Work closely with technical and integration/applications teams to ensure Otalio configurations, interfaces, and data exchanges are functioning as designed.Provide ship-level reporting and progress updates to program leadership to ensure transparency on delivery status, risks, and outcomes, in collaboration with PMO.Travel to vessels as required to oversee onboard delivery and ensure success of implementation.Perform other job-related functions as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSDEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's DegreeFIELD(S) OF STUDY: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Related FieldEXPERIENCEMinimum 5-7 years of experience in leading technology delivery teams or system implementation leadership roles, with a track record of managing successful end-to-end deployments.Experience working with executive leadership during peak delivery times to problem-solve solutions and reach collaborative resolutions that support operations and technology standards.Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in a shipboard or hospitality environment strongly preferred.Experience coordinating across business and technical teams to manage delivery activities, timelines, and integration points.Experience with Otalio or other ship property management system strongly preferred.COMPETENCIES/SKILLSStrong delivery management skills with the ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage shipboard staff, technical teams, and business leaders.Hands-on experience managing technology rollouts with emphasis on testing, training, and adoption.Ability to quickly understand operational processes and ensure system delivery aligns with those processes.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Willingness and ability to travel to vessels as needed to oversee successful implementation.
