Cosmica Vacation Homes Rental is a growing property management company specializing in short-term rentals and investor property management across Dubai. We manage a diverse portfolio of high-end apartments and partner properties, delivering seamless guest experiences and professional hospitality operations.Position OverviewWe are seeking an Operations Manager based in Dubai to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation homes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently — ensuring all units are maintained to the highest standard and that owners, guests, and service providers are fully satisfied.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily operations of our managed apartments (Cosmica units and investor-owned properties).Oversee cleaning teams, laundry services, and maintenance contractors to ensure service quality and timely execution.Manage handover processes for new properties — from furnishing to onboarding into the management system.Handle minor renovation follow-ups, maintenance schedules, and coordination with third-party vendors.Track and process bill payments, reimbursements, and supplier invoices accurately.Collaborate with the admin and guest relations team to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and property readiness.Maintain clear communication via Slack, update databases in Notion, and use Excel/Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in operations, hospitality management, or property management (short-term rental experience preferred).Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, data entry), Notion, and Slack is required.Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and teams.Valid UAE driving license and personal car are a strong advantage.Knowledge of Urdu, Hindi, or Italian is a plus.Why Join UsBe part of a fast-growing hospitality brand with a dynamic, multicultural team.Hands-on exposure to the full scope of vacation rental operations in Dubai.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Modern digital systems and efficient workflows — we embrace tech tools that simplify operations.AvailabilityThis position is based in Dubai.
