Pre-SeasonConduct historical analysis in terms of buying structure and provide proposals for key drivers & Top sellers.Deliver quantitative range feedback to Inline & VR BU on behalf of channel.Develop assortment plan for ECOM channels, inline & Value Range by platform & time phasing.Develop buy plan according to buying strategy, top down financial target, bottom up article level FCST according to business demanding.Brief CCA Models to mitigate Mega Moment Demand by CCS Trend Lane.OTB Tracking & Management by Season by month.In-Season:Work closely with cross functional team to monitor ST% and product performance to have quick in-season react actions based on performance.Plan with logistics department shipment & delivery on schedule.Provide the ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis.Conduct analysis to develop mark down strategy & CRP guidance by month, support markdown and clearance process.
