Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganisationThis role is responsible for eCommerce online business sales by leading buying & trading plan and meeting sales growth targets in official .Com and eMarketplaces as well as ensuring business opportunities by developing new online business channelsKey ResponsibilitiesLead all buying & go to market activities related to performance category (Football, Running, Outdoor, SPSP and Golf) and range selection during GTM meetings every season for own.com and e-marketplace Responsible for ranging product category breadth and assortment by eCom channel to deliver financial and range efficiency targets (i.e. Buying budget, Sell-thru, category shares, Inventory Days Lasting and Net margin targets)Review and analyse trading results overseeing daily sell-thru results, inventory status and business & market trend to identify sales opportunitiesCollaborates with GTM P&I, Retail, Brand and group function partners to positionkey stories and product, in line with on-line business and company’s strategic visionManage range and forecasts at agreed timelines to ensure timely POs (Pre-Season)Management of phasing & giving timely signals to Demand planning to pursue replenishment/re-order of fast-moving articles (In-Season) Lead full-price & off-price decisioning to maximize sell-thru & inventory usagePlan and adjust the detailed buying budget of next season aligning with IBP sales target by category under the global timelines with planning teamCommunicate with global digital stakeholders for buying & trading topicsProvide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high-performance environment with team managing skillsKey RelationshipsKorea eCommerce teamKorea GTM Planning & Insight teamsKorea Brand Business Unit(BU) and MarketingKorea Finance Demand Planning teamKorea Supply Chain Management teamKorea 3rd party vendorsGlobal Digital buying & trading teamKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesStrong analytical skillsStructured, organised and process orientatedFluent in English and KoreansAdvanced knowledge of Korea eCommerce landscapeAbility to work effectively within a team environment and under pressureAbility to catch the trend in field and apply on right timePeople Managing SkillManage Relationships and Diversity Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsAt least 6-10 years of work experience in Digital, Ecommerce Buying & merchandising in Retail, Sporting goods, Fashion and FMCG industryOustanding communication skills, drive and passion for sales - awareness of online business trends.University degree or aboveAdvanced IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint Excellent written and spoken English adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
