Join our dynamic team and lead the Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation functions at our state-of-the-art Soda Ash/Chemical plant.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all EI&A operations to ensure maximum plant reliability and safety.Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems, instrumentation, DCS/PLC, and automation equipment.Ensure plant compliance with industrial safety standards and statutory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for plant-wide EI&A issues.Manage project planning, execution, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.Develop and mentor team members to elevate technical capabilities.🎓 Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of EI&A experience in a chemical/soda ash/petrochemical or process industry.Strong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, instrumentation, and power distribution systems.Hands-on experience with industrial automation and reliability tools.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.✨ What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefitsOpportunity to work with advanced technologiesA performance-driven and collaborative work cultureCareer growth in one of the leading chemical manufacturing organizations
