Manager Employee Relations

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Manager Employee Relations for a leading company based in Galle. This is a pivotal role that requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of employment law and organizational dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsServe as the primary advisor on complex employee relations issues across the supply chain. Conduct and oversee investigations, ensure fair outcomes, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to minimize risk and improve workplace culture. HR Business PartneringPartner with supply chain leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives. Support change management efforts and culture transformation projects. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7 years’ progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations. Previous HRBP experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices in ER case management. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
