Manager Enterprise Application

On the behalf of our esteemed client, We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Enterprise Applications to lead organization’s growing application landscape and drive digital transformation across multiple business functions.In this strategic leadership role, you’ll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams to ensure enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, DMS, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure - To effectively support current and future business needs.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead and manage the enterprise applications portfolio to ensure scalability, integration, and alignment with business goals. 🔹 Oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business systems. 🔹 Partner with cross-functional departments to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and enhance existing capabilities. 🔹 Serve as a gatekeeper for all application changes, ensuring system compatibility and smooth integration. 🔹 Mentor and develop a high-performing applications team focused on innovation and continuous improvement. 🔹 Manage vendors and ensure service levels and project delivery targets are consistently met. 🔹 Present application roadmaps and performance insights to senior stakeholders.What You’ll Bring: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. ✅ 8+ years of relevant experience in application management within complex, multi-departmental environments - preferably in Retail. ✅ Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and governance. ✅ Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. ✅ Solid understanding of ERP, HRMS, SCM, and Financial systems (e.g., D365, SAP, SuccessFactors). ✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
