To coordinate Standard Bank Group’s products and services to drive mutual profitability. To guide the preparation of quality credit proposals and support seamless client onboarding. To contribute to the optimization and digitisation of Enterprise Banking processes.QualificationsQualification and Experience RequiredFirst degree in Business Commerce or related field.3–7 years’ experience in Banking, with a focus on Relationship Banking.Strong knowledge of bank products, regulations, systems, and processes.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, business client relationship management, and leading teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to Business Bankers across Central and Southern Malawi, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Banking Strategy objectives and targets.Create and implement regional operational plans aligned with Enterprise Banking strategy, including workforce planning, resource optimization, and campaign execution to support business growth.Drive growth of the Enterprise Banking client portfolio, balance sheet, and income statement in alignment with strategic business objectives.Address high-level client queries and complaints, including credit arbitration and service gaps, to ensure a positive client experience.Manage risk for Enterprise Banking by aligning credit strategy, compliance, performance, and client-focused opportunities.Identify development needs, facilitate training and rotation opportunities, and maintain succession plans to build a high-performing and future-ready team.Oversee effective onboarding of clients and leverage client data to identify expansion opportunities and ecosystem-based solutions.Conduct regular regional visits and communication sessions for business development, cascading strategic changes, gathering insights, and ensuring consistent execution of the Enterprise Banking value proposition.Additional InformationBehavioural Competencies:Strategic ThinkingClient-CentricityCollaboration and InfluenceExecution ExcellencePeople LeadershipTechnical Competencies:Customer Understanding (Business Banking)Financial Statement AnalysisOperational PlanningRisk IdentificationStrategic Planning and Reporting
