What The Role IsYou manage all matters pertaining to the deployment of expertise NSmen, including conducting succession planning and resource allocation for the expertise domains by studying and projecting the inflow and outflow model while taking charge of tracking deployment to expertise positions and expertise establishments up to the stage where expertise NSmen attain their Military Expert 4 (ME4)(NS) rank.What You Will Be Working On Work with relevant stakeholders to monitor and ensure timely posting of NSmen to expertise establishments based on approved expertise deployment policies, ensuring NSmen are meaningfully and gainfully deployed Monitor deployment timeline, assess gaps and impediments which may impact timeliness of NSmen's postings, and make recommendations to address these gaps Conduct in-depth data analysis on staffing and manning level of expertise roles across expertise domains on regular basis Report staffing trends, watch areas, and key recommendations on timely basis to ensure areas of shortfall are promptly addressed Check NSmen's eligibility and schedule/conduct Military Expert 4 Recommending Board for Warrant Officer and Specialist Expert NSman who is identified to be redeployed to officer-grade expertise role Schedule and coordinate courses for eligible NSmenChallenge(s) Liaising with multiple stakeholders to conduct succession planning of Expertise NSmen Accurately assessing prioritisation status and facilitating re-deployments Leveraging Technology to expedite work processWhat We Are Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Services and Cisco WEBEX Prior experience in personnel management with keen understanding of deployment/redeployment mechanisms and processes within NS domain Ability to translate plans into actionable outcomes Ability to work independently Strong communication skills(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
