Manager Facility & Services (8 Month Contract)

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganizationWorkplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction, and operations for offices, showrooms, and DC’s for adidas. This supports successful revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and the creation of great workplaces to attract and retain top talent globally. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates with an extensive network of internal/external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value-added service.In this role, you are responsible for the quality management and development and the coordination of the assigned service area at the adidas location in Turkiye. This role will set the highest quality standards for related facility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small-size projects that require analysis and autonomous initiative through professional experiencePlan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes. Ensure all service-related qualities, policies, standards, and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfactionLead small-size (sub)projectsInternal and external communication (customers, service providers, suppliers)Steer, coordinate, and manage all assigned servicesDevelop and optimize external assigned servicesContribute to the planning and design of new facilities and respective equipment Monitor budget control and support budget planningInterface between adidas and assigned external service providerLead and further develop assigned employeesEnsuring operator’s responsibility and employer obligations with regards to occupational health and safety, for the respective area of responsibility, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, as well as minimizing possible risks.
