You will contribute to developing the investment and financial strategies across our crypto and fintech portfolio. Ideal candidates have significant experience in financial modeling, alongside a strong grasp of the digital finance and fintech environment.What You'll DoFinancial Model Development & MaintenanceDesign, build, and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, product pricing, and investment decisions for crypto, fintech, and traditional investment opportunitiesDevelop scenario-based forecasting models that account for user growth, transaction volumes, and macroeconomic factorsEnsure all models comply with best practices in model architecture, documentation, and version controlStrategic Planning SupportCollaborate with senior management to translate strategic goals into actionable financial metrics and forecastsSupport budgeting, long-range planning, and performance tracking for new and existing fintech productsModel various funding and capital structure scenarios to optimize growth and liquidityProvide analytical input on pricing models, unit economics, and customer lifetime value (LTV) optimizationData Management & ReportingIntegrate data from internal systems and external sources to enhance financial forecasting accuracyPartner with the Finance Data team to ensure financial models are fed with clean, structured, and timely dataMaintain data integrity and reconcile financial outputs with accounting and operational systemsCommunication & Cross-Functional CollaborationPresent complex financial findings in clear, actionable terms to both executives, and non-financial stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to align financial models with business initiativesPrepare financial narratives and KPIsMaintain documentation to ensure model transparency and consistencyOther ResponsibilitiesManage exchange treasury functions on a weekly and monthly basisWhat We're Looking For7+ years total experience in finance or investments, including:3+ years in investment banking (M&A, tech/fintech coverage ideal); or2+ years in private equity, hedge funds, venture capitalKnown for meticulous execution and precision under tight deadlinesEnsure flawless attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and completeness. Deep understanding of financial valuation and fintech economicsProven experience building detailed traditional financial and fintech modelsComfortable analyzing DeFi protocols, liquidity, and treasury managementStrong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and modern analytics toolsStrong communication and storytelling skills — able to turn complex data into compelling investment narrativesResourceful and intellectually curious; thrives in a fast-moving, high-conviction environment
