As our new Manager Finance SSC & GL Accounting Lead, you will set the direction and drive the development of our Finance Shared Services organization, ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable financial operations.This is a unique opportunity to manage both the strategic direction of the SSC and the daily operations of our GL Accounting team. You’ll play a key role in shaping finance strategy, optimizing processes, supporting system integration and developing a growing, high performing team.From GL Accounting Lead to Strategic Finance Leader — Are You Ready?What You’ll Be DoingDefine and implement strategic objectives and operational initiatives for the Finance SSC.Lead and develop the Finance SSC, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial operations.Oversee Accounts Payable, Customer Invoicing, Credit & Collections and GL Accounting activities across entities.Manage and coach the GL Accounting team, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting.Drive process standardization, automation, and SAP S/4HANA integration to enhance efficiency and scalability.Act as a key partner to senior finance leadership, contributing to finance transformation and global standardization initiatives.Use KPIs and data driven insights to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision making.Represent the SSC in cross functional initiatives, influencing decisions that impact finance operations and systems.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.Proven track record in finance leadership within Shared Service or Operational Finance environments.Strong background in GL Accounting and financial reporting.Hands-on experience in scaling SSC operations and driving process improvement and automation.Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems.Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands on and people oriented leadership style.Experience managing and developing finance teams, with the ability to mentor and integrate new team members effectively.What You’ll GetA broad, impactful finance leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibility.The opportunity to shape and strengthen a Finance SSC within a global organization.Direct leadership of a talented, growing GL Accounting team.A dynamic, international work environment where collaboration and innovation drive success.A competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting your experience and leadership impact.About MammoetAt Mammoet, we don’t just move heavy structures, we move industries forward.
