This is a manager level individual contributor role. This is a Fixed-Term Contract, ideally starting January 2026 ending June 2026.Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesLead innovation and content research journeys connected to our Core and Pre-School Squad, End-2-End, across the Marketing Value ChainDrive innovative research approaches and methodologies when it comes to product, marketing and experience research and develop best practiceManage partnerships with existing and new external research agenciesWork as a true partner (agile, flexible, mature, willing to challenge) with Global Insights Business Partners and internal partners to define insights and research needsRole model innovation and experimentation mindset and behaviourBecome an active member of Brand and Audiences Centre of Excellence research team to bring best in class learnings on relevant audience groupsSocialise and network with other GI squads and teams to embed insights with impactBring outside in inspiration for the relevant audience and drive consumer centricity with themBe a change agent together with the rest of Global Insights as we succeed together in building a world class insights enginePlay your part in our team succeeding!Global Insights is a large, centralised insights engine within the LEGO Group, consisting of different teams working across multiple research areas e.g. concept, content, product & marketing innovation research, Go to market research, performance and brand tracking. We enable this through impactful insights and partnership with the business, across the marketing value chain.Do you have what it takes?Strategic thinker who understands how insights can be actionable and transformationalProven relevant experience from a research agency, consultancy, or insights management function in an innovative, fast-paced company. Kids experience would be advantageousPassion to work across teams, departments and cultures – globally, locally and sometimes across time zones. (5-10% travel could be required)Relevant business acumen and passion to bridge this with generated insights for optimal impact on the businessAbility to translate business needs into impactful and innovative insights journeysLeads with empathy and acts as a true collaboratorPlayful and find ways to unlock playfulness in their surroundingsIs comfortable presenting with excellent English language skills on a business levelApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
