As Graphic Design Manager, you’ll be the guardian of Unily’s visual identity, responsible for delivering world-class creative that elevates our brand and drives business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a seasoned visual storyteller who can work autonomously, direct creative partners, and bring consistency and excellence to every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop and execute compelling campaign creative, sales collateral, digital experiences, and more. While this is currently an individual contributor role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our in-house creative capability - with potential to build and lead a team over time. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Execution: Deliver high-impact design across key brand and marketing campaigns, from concept to final production. Agency Oversight:
Manage external design partners, freelancers, and creative agencies—owning briefs, timelines, and output quality. Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Unily’s brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive design across digital, print, and product-facing channels. Project Management: Own creative workflows and prioritize incoming design requests across multiple business stakeholders. Workflow & Operations: Own design project intake, timelines, capacity planning, and delivery across functions. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with marketers, product teams, and business leaders to translate strategic goals into engaging visual content. Brand Building: Contribute to the refinement and evolution of Unily’s visual brand system as the company scales globally. Strategic Thinking:
Translate complex business objectives into clear, compelling creative strategies. Innovation: Identify opportunities to push the boundaries of digital and motion design in our category. Required Qualifications5–7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a strong portfolio of B2B or SaaS marketing workProven experience managing creative agencies or freelancersAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design toolsSolid understanding of branding, marketing funnels, and digital best practicesStrong project ownership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholdersSkills & CompetenciesResource Management:
Effectively plans and allocates design resources, balancing in-house capacity and freelance needs to meet shifting business priorities. Agency Management: Confidently leads and evaluates external agencies and contractors, ensuring creative output meets Unily's brand standards and timelines. Data Driven Insights: Uses performance metrics and campaign data to refine visual storytelling and inform creative direction. Marketing Foundations: Understands core marketing concepts (e. g. , funnel stages, ABM, brand awareness) and applies them to visual strategies.
