Manager – Head of R&D Strategy

该职位来源于猎聘 As Head of R&D Strategy you are responsible to support the local R&D management team in defining our strategies covering areas such as product, people and process. The team will also support R&D in preparation for internal decision meetings. Your team ensures and creates the prerequisites for R&D to be at the cutting edge of knowledge and technology. Key responsibilities -Strategy developmentSupport R&D management in defining strategic direction.Support R&D to identify potential key strategic partners for product development.Develop a research and innovation strategy and roadmaps in cooperation with the local R&D.Participate in relevant forums to monitor the technology development.Secure knowledge of market trends and technological innovation is spread in the line organization.Define how different new technologies like AI, connectivity and more could make the our products more competitive. -OperationalSupport the local R&D management in presentation preparations for meetings.Together with the technical experts in the different areas understand the potential of new technology development. Qualification and experience levelsMaster or PhD in EngineeringExperience from Strategic work in Research and developmentExperience of operationally influencing at a strategic levelProven track record of ability to add value for our customers and make decisions based on complete business perspective.
