Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Highway Operations and Maintenance based in Amravati. The role includes overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for highways and related infrastructure. Responsibilities involve monitoring project implementation, managing key operations and performance metrics, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, handling reporting and documentation, and addressing customer service inquiries efficiently. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring the seamless operational flow of highway management will also be part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and Maintenance to ensure efficient and effective highway operations and upkeepStrong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, reporting, and quality assuranceExperience in Team Management, with an ability to lead and guide operational and maintenance teamsExcellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide a seamless user experienceProven leadership abilities, time management skills, and knowledge of compliance standardsEngineering degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline is preferredExperience in highway operations or infrastructure management will be an advantage
