Business orientation and support for business continuity are a strong value for us, and we are actively developing our own way of working towards that.We are now looking for aMANAGER, HR PROCESSES & MANAGER SUPPORTto lead Manager Support team, which supports Finnair supervisors in various employee matters and leadership challenges.As Manager, HR Processes & Manager Support, you will play a key role in shaping how we support our managers and drive business success through people. In this role, you will lead and develop a service model that aligns with our business needs and helps managers in handling various individual cases and challenges. You will also be responsible for leading and enhancing the recruitment process, including tools and candidate experience, while collaborating with both internal and external partners involved in the process. Together with the Manager Support team and colleagues in People & Culture team, you’ll bring Finnair’s strategy, values, and the People People plan to life in everyday work.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a support model for Finnair supervisors across all stages of the employee lifecycle (excluding Leadership Team –level managers). Strengthen leadership capabilities by developing a service concept addressing managers’ questions and needs; and by coaching managers in collaboration with the Manager Support team. Ensure hands-on support for all Finnair supervisors with HR systems, tools, and process-related practicalities. Ensure HR guidelines are up-to-date and proactively communicate relevant topics and annual processes. Lead and develop Finnair’s recruitment process, practices, tools, and candidate experience. Ensure GDPR compliance in recruitment data management. Contribute to strategic employer branding initiatives. Lead and manage external partners and vendors supporting recruitment process. Support managers in the recruitment process together with team and other P&C experts. Implement Finnair's strategy and People plan together with our HR Business Partners, HR process owners and other P&C teams. Promote positive teamwork and adherence to Finnair values. Promote understanding of Finnair’s leadership principles and foster leadership growth. Collaborate with HR process owners and HR Business Partners to ensure clarity and efficiency in HR processes and HR support model. Lead and develop the Manager Support team while fostering competence, performance, and collaboration.
