Job DescriptionTalent AcquisitionDevelop and execute strategies to attract, source, and recruit top talent.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation in Success Factor (Employee Konnect).Foster strong employer branding and candidate experience.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) For TATime to Fill: Average number of days to fill open positions.Quality of Hire: Percentage of new hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations after 6–12 months.Offer Acceptance Rate: Ratio of offers accepted to total offers made.Source of Hire Effectiveness: Percentage of hires from various sourcing channels.Diversity Hiring: Percentage of hires from underrepresented groups.Learning & Development (L&D)Assess organizational and individual skill gaps through surveys and performance reviews.Design, develop, and implement various training programs, including e-learning and workshops.Support employee career pathing and succession planning.Track training budget and evaluate program effectiveness.Execute talent management initiatives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) For L&DTraining Completion Rate: Percentage of employees completing assigned training.Learning Program Effectiveness: Post-training assessment scores and feedback.Employee Development Participation: Percentage of employees participating in L&D programs.ROI of Training: Improvement in performance metrics or productivity post-training.Employee EngagementCreate and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs.Foster a positive organizational culture that supports continuous learning and growth.Work Experience15-18 YearsEducationMasters in Human ResourcesCompetenciesCollaborationStakeholder ManagementResult OrientationDeveloping TalentProcess ExcellenceCustomer CentricityInnovation & CreativityStrategic Agility
