What The Role IsYou will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation and review of MINDEF/SAF's innovation objectives and outcomes.What You Will Be Working On Champion understanding of organisational requirements and user needs Design, develop and scale processes, services and products Seek opportunities to enhance innovation, digital and data proliferation and adoption Collaborate and co-create with business owners and experts Amplify work efficacies and encourage a culture of experimentation Incentivise new ways of thinking and workingChallenge(s) Keeping abreast of new developments and practices in the Public Service, academia and industry Making sense of emerging trends to ensure sound recommendationsWhat We Are Looking For At least 6 years of work experience in organisational transformation and innovation fields is preferred Knowledge in business digitalisation, human-centred design, communications, and change management Good project and stakeholder management skills Empathetic approach to problem-solving Attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to facilitate collaborations with colleagues and other public agency officers Understanding of business and product development principles Agile mindset and approach to daily work Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentAppointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
