Due to the rapid growth of our European office in Oosterhout (NB), we are looking for a full time Manager Inside Sales. As a new member of the European Sales Leadership Team at OnLogic you help OnLogic achieve ambitious growth targets by influencing both established OnLogic customers and by onboarding new customers.On an average day, you'll...actively coach and mentor the Technical Sales and Sales Operations teams so they grow as a professional and can exceed their targets.support the team in developing new business with new and existing clients and/or identify improvement.be managing the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.be demonstrating strong understanding of CRM (we work with Hubspot) use and best practices.be improving the Marketing & Sales cooperation to improve lead generation and lead to deal conversion for our inbound motionsbe working with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers.negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, while ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.assist with challenging customer requests and/or issue escalations as needed.collaborate with local, regional and global team members to identify and grow opportunities.The team you will be joining: Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle! Our sales roles include:Acquisition team: New customer acquisition and Business development, prospecting, lead generation, closing dealsStrategic Account Managers: Manage and grow our high value customer relationships.Sales Operations : Dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels.Technical Sales: an Inside sales team that qualifies and converts leads from global technology innovators prospects, who are looking for a true consultative partner which can provide solutions.Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution - every time.Enterprise accounts & managed partners: Management & growth of key strategic accountsLearn more about Life at OnLogicRequirementsYou have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.You bring at least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.You speak and write Dutch & English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is an advantage.You have enough IT knowledge to level with your technical colleagues and customers.Who we're looking for:You are a highly motivated sales leader with a passion for technology and working with people. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
