Job DescriptionAre you looking to build on your deep knowledge and passion for International Tax?We are seeking an experienced International Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Global Tax team. This role is ideal for candidates currently working in-house in a Transfer Pricing/International Tax role, or an experienced Transfer Pricing Managers from Big 4 firms who are ready to move into a dynamic corporate environment.Core ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be a transfer pricing specialist with good knowledge of international tax principles, capable of supporting global value chain planning and cross-border tax matters. Reporting to the Head of International Tax & Transfer Pricing, this role will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Business Service Organisation, Legal and other tax teams within Global Tax function to support end to end transfer pricing activities.Key responsibilitiesDesign and maintain global Transfer Pricing policies in line with OECD Guidelines and local regulations.Provide Transfer Pricing advisory for cross-border transactions, supply chain changes, and new business models.Support Transfer Pricing controversy management, including audits, APA/MAP processes, and authority interactions.Review transfer pricing calculation and support on group transfer pricing reporting as necessary.Collaborate with the service centre and external advisors to ensure accurate and efficient global compliance and reporting.Manage intercompany agreements via liaising with regional tax teams, Tax Operation teams, legal and relevant teams.Find opportunities to enhance automation, standardisation, and scalability of transfer pricing and international tax processes.Drive standard processes in documentation, reporting, and governance.Monitor international tax developments (e.g., BEPS 2.0) and assess business impacts.Provide training and guidance to internal partners on transfer pricing and cross-border tax issuesPlay your part in our team succeedingGlobal Tax team has overall accountability for taxes globally including corporate tax, employment tax, customs, indirect tax, etc. This global team, in close collaboration with Tax Operations team in Business Service Centres manages the Group’s end to end tax matters.Within the Global Tax team, the International Tax & Transfer Pricing team owns the global tax architecture and value chain design. It combines strategic tax planning, legal entity structuring, and transfer pricing areas to drive long-term value.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience in transfer pricing / international tax, preferably a mix of Big 4 advisory and in-house roles.Proven track record in managing Transfer Pricing compliance, controversy, and advisory projects across multiple jurisdictions.Exposure to international tax planning, value chain structuring, or cross-border tax complianceTechnical skillsStrong technical grounding in OECD Guidelines and Danish Transfer Pricing regulations.Experience with APA, MAP, and tax controversy is advantageous.Soft skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to translate complex tax concepts into practical business advice.Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mentality.OthersWillingness to travel (possible travel up to 20% of the time worldwide)Able to work in MS Office environment (particularly Excel)SAP KnowledgeFully BilingualApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
