The role is critical for ensuring structured project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Below is a summary of the proposed role description and key expectations.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects involving software applications and infrastructure components.Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.Develop process flows, functional specifications, and comprehensive project documentation.Translate business needs into actionable tasks for development and infrastructure teams.Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules.Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while tracking risks and dependencies.Conduct regular project review meetings and provide clear status updates to clients and leadership.Work closely with software developers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.Support infrastructure-related initiatives such as upgrades, migrations, and environment setup.Apply strong Project Management concepts and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) as per project needs.Drive process improvements and maintain documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, Operations, and other business units.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.Background in software development with an understanding of IT infrastructure preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Timings: Eastern Hours
