Mô tả công việcIT Application Management & OperationsManage a diverse portfolio of applications critical to production, quality, engineering, and logistics operations.Effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal customers, end-users, and management, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with business needs.Collaborate with internal customers to translate their demands into clear requirements documents and technical specifications.Work closely with internal and external application suppliers to implement solutions that meet those requirements.Drive continuous improvement of our architectural and application landscapes by promoting the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies (APIs, Cloud, FoSS, SaaS, etc.). Strategic IT Landscape Implementation:Actively support the implementation of our strategic IT landscape initiatives.Contribute to and support the implementation of our standard Business Intelligence strategy.Participate in the digital transformation of various business functions. Audit, Secure, and Compliant IT:Ensure stable and compliant IT operations, adhering to all relevant security and regulatory standards.Contribute to system and process audits to identify areas for improvement. Governance and IT Administration:Implement and promote consistent IT processes across our production network.Foster standardization and harmonization of existing applications.Monitor and ensure stable operations in collaboration with external partners.Control and manage external partners to ensure service level agreements are met.Contribute to IT budget planning and monitor system usage to optimize resource allocation.Yêu cầu công việc Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, or equivalent. Minimum of three years of working experience in application and hardware support within a discrete production environment (ideally automotive). Basic skills in IT budget planning. Fluent English, both spoken and written. Fluent in Vietnamese language and culture. Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and training skills. Proven presentation skills. Strong user orientation and customer service mindset. Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
