OverviewTHE ROLE:Head of Marketing, Australia and New Zealand, focused on strengthening Brand and Sports strategies to bring the Company’s purpose, vision and values to the community. This role reports directly to the General Manager, ANZ, to grow the business, with ROI on Brand, sports sponsorship, NDP, social media, Segmentation and country, Asia Pacific and Global projects deliverablesHOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: A focus leader on Sports Sponsorship and Brand Partnership and bring these two heavyweight relational strategies from vision to actualization Lead the local implementation of Corporate strategic business priorities A curious and innovative approach to SEO and SEM campaigns Lead New Product Development for assigned portfolio including conceptualization, product positioning, providing guidance to markets during stage-gate process, managing stage-gate process, managing launch timing adherence and regional launch plan development and support. Analyse portfolio performance including new products and provide guidance to markets to drive consumption Accountable for marketing budget Excite and bring to live campaigns such as Get Moving with Good Nutrition (GMGN) Demonstrate success in driving consumption campaigns Demonstrate success in growing the Sports and Brand Position Australia and New Zealand as the best country for Sports products consumptionWHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:A trust-based organization where employees drive a high-performance culture.Internal and external stakeholders, primarily the top tier distributors, membersSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:YesSKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Tertiary Qualification with proven achievements in the marketing domain Project management skills Digitally comfortable Results orientated with business acumenPHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
