Apply skills and knowledge to contribute to departmental work. Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and operate independently in ambiguous situations, guided by policies. Work independently on assignments, receiving guidance on unusual or complex problems. Review your own work, seek feedback from others, and mentor colleagues by reviewing their work. Utilize judgment and experience to potentially become a resource for others. Collaborate with project team experts to develop document strategies and messages. Ensure documents meet internal standards, are submission-ready, and properly stored. Verify document accuracy using source materials, including clinical regulatory documents and data. Lead teams of authors for complex projects, perform Quality Control reviews, and contribute to colleague training on quality standards and processes. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in document QC and/or medical writing in the pharmaceutical or biotech industryExperience in interacting with cross-functional study team membersSolid understanding of medical terminology and clinical trialsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks within assigned objectivesProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):Master's degree is highly desirableProficiency in software commonly utilized for data presentation and analysisStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situationsExperience in leading or co-leading projectsExperience in training colleagues on quality standards and processesWork Location Assignment: HybridPurposeBreakthroughs that change patients' lives...
