What The Role IsYou assist NSmen to ensure that their human resource and administrative matters are well managed and provide them with a positive NS experience.What You Will Be Working On Serve as key point of contact for NSmen or NS commanders for HR and administrative issues raised Work with relevant agencies to arrive at solutions and subsequently communicate outcomes to individuals or persons concerned Work with relevant agencies on areas of staffing, manning, succession planning and performance appraisal Interface across multiple functions within the NS management systemChallenge(s) Acting pre-emptively and pro-actively to be ahead of the engagement curve, meeting the needs of NSmen Balancing operational readiness of the brigade whilst minimising hassle to individual NSmenWhat We Are Looking For At least 2 years of experience in human resource is preferred Experience in National Service and Human Resource Management is advantageous Good communication, time management, public relations and organisation skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high service delivery expectations(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
